UYC Camp Pinecrest

The Pinecrest Camp facility is located in the wooded, rolling hills of southeast Missouri. Twenty-one years’ of experience at this facility has allowed for the development of an activity-packed week filled with challenges for the mind and body.

Campers will practice teamwork and sharpen or develop new skills in speedaway, softball, volleyball and ropes course. Other activities include archery, ultimate Frisbee, dance class, a Bible class, journalism, riflery, rock climbing and rappelling, swimming at the lake and in the heated pool.

New to Pinecrest this year, we have added an escape the room challenge and we have brought back Stand-up Paddle Boardiing.

The dorms are comfortable and air-conditioned. The showers are hot (if you are an early riser), and the food is a camper’s dream— some of the best in the entire UYC program! All this for less than $40 per day!

United Youth Camps are more than just activities and comfort, and that understanding is central to the design of the Pinecrest program. We focus strongly on how to live in order to please our Creator. A Christian living class starts each day to help us focus on the Zone, an atmosphere that reflects the Kingdom of God. Each day will end with a review of our Christian living theme for the day along with skits and other activities. The schedule also includes plenty of quality fellowship time for everyone, including two dances.

Many of our highly qualified staff return year after year, gaining experience and growing in their ability to serve our campers. Our dedicated staff and exemplary campers create an environment where everyone comes together with a unique spirit of understanding and growth in godly character. The United Youth Camp experience creates a special esprit de corps unlike anything experienced outside God’s Church!

If you would like to join our staff, please note that staff workers must be 18 years of age or older and need the recommendation of their pastor. Every staff member must complete pre-camp training and make their Facebook page available for review. Some activities require specialized training or experience.

All campers and staff should arrive Sunday, July 1 after Noon. Staff meetings will be held on Sunday July 1 after Noon at Pinecrest Camp.

Both staff and campers will depart on Sunday, July 8, 2018

Location: Pinecrest Camp is located 100 miles south of St. Louis, near Fredericktown, Missouri. The St. Louis  airport is approximately two hours away. Transportation directly to Pinecrest Camp will be provided free of charge for those arriving by plane.
